My instructional design work stands out because of my expertise and personalized approach. I work closely with my SMEs/stakeholders to understand their training goals and provide tailored solutions that enhance the effectiveness of their adult learning initiatives.

I also have the advantage of seeing different perspectives as a learner, a trainer, a facilitator and a creator. I have occupied all of these roles throughout my career. This allows me to think outside the box and pull different ideas from the different viewpoints when needed.

Ensuring industry compliance is also a key factor in creating role-specific training plans. I have extensive experience in IATF, AS9100 and ISO training requirements that are considered each time a training request is made. Acquiring and maintaining certifications can make or break a company with retaining and/or gaining business, so this is always a factor for incorporating compliant requirements in my work.
